RedPocket Mobiles "Pitching Coach" Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. The sponsor and administrator of the "Pitching Coach" Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is Red Pocket Inc., 5725 S Valley View Blvd Ste 5 PMB 456759, Las Vegas, NV 89118-3122 ("Sponsor" or "RedPocket"). The Giveaway is published on Instagram by @TheSharkDaymond as a Collab post with @RedPocketMobile, @RedPocketMobiles, and @PioneerLeague. Daymond John, The Shark Group, and the Pioneer Baseball League are promotional partners only and are not the sponsor or administrator of the Giveaway.

2. Platform Release. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, Facebook, or any other social media platform. Each entrant fully releases those platforms from any and all liability arising from or related to the Giveaway.

3. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, The Shark Group, the Pioneer Baseball League, and their respective parents, affiliates, and agencies, and the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins June 16, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends June 26, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period are not eligible. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

5. How to Enter. During the Entry Period, complete all of the following on Instagram:

  • Follow @TheSharkDaymond, @RedPocketMobile, and @RedPocketMobiles

  • Like the official Giveaway post;

  • Tag two (2) real friends (genuine Instagram accounts — fabricated or inaccurate tags will be disqualified) in the comments of the post; and

  • Comment with the business idea you would pitch to Daymond John if you won.

Limit one (1) entry per person/Instagram account. Entries generated by bots, scripts, or fake or duplicate accounts are void. The business-idea comment is a participation requirement only; it is not judged, scored, or evaluated and has no bearing on winner selection (see Section 7).

6. Prizes (Two (2) Grand Prize Winners). Each winner receives:

  • One (1) official RedPocket Mobiles Color Rush jersey, designed in collaboration with The Shark Group and signed by Daymond John. This is not a retail item.

  • One (1) official RedPocket Mobiles team hat.

  • One (1) RedPocket Mobiles merch bundle (koozies, team schedule, and additional promotional items).

  • One (1) RedPocket Annual Premium plan (the Annual Premium SKU at redpocket.com); winner selects the network. ARV: $330.

  • One (1) thirty (30) minute virtual pitch session with Daymond John. The session will be scheduled directly between The Shark Group team and the winner, subject to Daymond John's availability. The session has no cash redemption value and is non-transferable. If Daymond John is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a session of comparable value.

Combined ARV of the signed jersey, team hat, and merch bundle: $150. Total approximate retail value (ARV) per winner: $480. Total ARV of all prizes (two winners): $960. Prizes are awarded "as is," are non-transferable, and have no cash alternative. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or component with one of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner Selection and Notification. On or about June 30, 2026, Sponsor will select two (2) winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Selection is random and is not based on the entrant's skill, the merit of the business idea, or any other judged criterion. Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message from @redpocketmobile. A potential winner must respond and confirm eligibility within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. If a potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, is found ineligible, or declines, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from remaining eligible entries.

8. Winner Verification and Fulfillment. Before a prize is awarded, a potential winner may be required to verify eligibility and identity, provide a valid U.S. shipping address, and complete any documentation Sponsor reasonably requires, which may include an affidavit of eligibility, a liability and publicity release, and a tax form. Physical prizes ship to U.S. addresses only. Where the value of prizes awarded to a winner is $600 or more, Sponsor may be required to issue an IRS Form 1099, and the winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.

9. Publicity Release. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor and its promotional partners (Daymond John, The Shark Group, the Pioneer Baseball League) to use the winner's name, Instagram handle, likeness, voice, statements, and entry content — including the business idea and the pitch session — in advertising, promotional, and content materials across all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, compensation, or approval.

10. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is used by Sponsor to administer the Giveaway and is handled in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy at https://privacy.redpocket.com/privacy-policy.

11. General Conditions and Release of Liability. By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control compromises the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. By entering, each entrant releases Sponsor, its promotional partners, and their respective affiliates, agencies, officers, and employees from any and all liability for any claim, loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.

12. Disputes and Governing Law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Except where prohibited, all disputes shall be resolved individually in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and entrants waive any right to class proceedings.

13. Winners List. For the names of the winners, send a request to forums@redpocket.com after June 30, 2026.

14. Severability. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
